The G1000 course is
finally released! We've burned a bunch and are ready to ship.
The good news is that our newsletter
subscribers can get their copy for a reduced price
but we are only offering it at the discounted price for a few days..
AIRVENTURE
After that we'll put the price at list
price.
Our goal in creating the course
was to do two things.
1. To give you a solid course taught to you by an experienced Flight
Instructor
(The course is taught to you by a Former FAA and CAA Pilot Examiner as if you were in the cockpit)
2. To make sure the course would pay for itself in the first few
flights you actually take in the G1000.
(We wanted to significantly reduce the learning curve and the amount of
additional instruction
you'd need and have the course basically pay for itself and maybe pay you.)
Most VFR checkouts in
the G1000 Cessna 172's take more than 7 hours. Add IFR flight
and you're
probably looking at a 10
to 20 hour checkout.
Imagine
shortening that time SIGNIFICANTLY.
We did that and more! According to our survey group of new
pilots going into the G1000 they thought
the course saved them over 5 hours of one to one instruction and at
least 3 hours of actual airplane time.
That's
at least $600.00 of savings!
Now Let's see how this course delivers on Content!
The G1000 course
includes both VFR and IFR lessons so you'll be mastering the system in
all realms
of flight. We
start off with some overview lessons on the Primary Flight Display,
Multi Function Display
and then a systems work
up of how it all ties together.

(Course
Main Menu)
After the overview the course is broken down into VFR, IFR, and
Autopilot Lessons. There are 19
Lessons in all and over
2 1/2 hours of solid instruction.
If you've always wanted
to take control of the G1000 Glass Cockpit here's your chance.
You'll be
primed and ready from
your first flight to your final checkout flight. You'll
understand how to start
using the G1000 before
you ever step foot into the cockpit thanks to the course!
